Yorkshire Bank www.ybonline.co.uk (part of the National Australia Bank Group) combines global strength with the local service of a well established regional bank.  Njoy Change coached the bank’s regional management team to conduct banking operations more effectively, to realign divisional teams smoothly and attain consistent growth across a range of performance targets.

International Bank of Yemen www.ibyemen.com provides commercial and industrial finance throughout the Middle East.  Njoy Change worked alongside the bank as it underwent significant changes to its operations and IT infrastructure.  The sensitive use of organisational development techniques and demonstrating cultural understanding ensured a smooth transition.

South East England Development Agency www.seeda.gov.uk is responsible for sustainable economic development and regeneration in the South East of England.  Njoy Change worked closely with their Executive Team, providing facilitation and organisational development support as they sought to realign the organisation in response to the Regional Economic Strategy.

Group 4 Securicor www.g4s.com forms the largest global network of security operations worldwide, with nearly half a million employees.  Having one a national contract for Electronic Monitoring, G4S needed to bring in a new tier of management to support the new services.  Njoy Change developed and rolled out a management development programme for their UK operations, focusing on building effective management skills and creating confident and inspirational leaders.

Capita Symonds www.capitasymonds.com are one of the world’s largest property consultancies, implementing major infrastructure works, such as building dams in China or Olympic venues in Athens and London.  Njoy Change worked with their Commercial and Finance team to roll out a global performance improvement coaching programme.
